Rally for the Cure® is a grassroots program that works to spread awareness about breast health and breast cancer through volunteer organized sporting events in support of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
Paddle Tennis is great way to Rally for the Cure®. It provides an ideal platform to gather your fellow paddle players to kick-off your season and show your support for the cause. A Rally Paddle event is simple to execute.
Select a Date
A Rally event can take place at anytime throughout the year. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month and can be an ideal time to host an event.
Invite Participants
Rally provides sign-up sheets, posters, flyers and invitation templates to promote your event among friends, family, fellow players and your community.
Collect your Entry Fees
Each participant pays a $20 entry fee (non-tax deductible) for a chance at winning a prize; receive event favors, breast health information and a one-year subscription to a select Condé Nast magazine.
Select a Rally Format
A member guest, a round robin, a clinic or exhibition are great formats for a Rally event. Rally provides a prize for each event to be used as part of a contest or drawing. Make it fun! Award prizes for best dressed or most pink.
Spread the Awareness Message
Rally provides all the materials to support the event including event decorations, a prize, participant goody bags, pink ribbon pins and other breast cancer awareness items.
